Democrats are hailing neocon former Vice President Dick Cheney this week after he endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election. These are the same Democrats who used to call Cheney “Darth Vader” and “War criminal.” This should give American voters a fuller understanding of the shift that happened in the Democratic Party when Hillary Clinton won the nomination in 2016 and welcomed America’s neocons into the fold. The War Party has completed its takeover of the Democratic Party. That same party fostered and supported Code Pink, which vehemently opposed Cheney and the fiascos in the Middle East. Now, Donald Trump is the only choice for Americans looking for fewer wars and less American intervention overseas. On his show, Tucker Carlson discusses the foreign policy about-face by Harris and the Democrats with former DNC Vice Chair Tulsi Gabbard. Carlson writes:
Dick Cheney’s endorsement of Kamala Harris makes this election’s stakes plain as day.
A vote for her is a vote for the neocons.
In accepting the Cheney endorsement, Harris made clear that if America is going to revive the Bush-Cheney era of endless wars and foreign interventions, she’ll be the one to lead the charge.
Does that sound like America’s best path forward? A return to permanent Washington’s most disastrous experiment? Tulsi Gabbard doesn’t think so, and she joined night last’s Tucker Carlson Live in Colorado Springs, Colorado to discuss the neocons’ lust for nuclear war, the 2024 election, why she’s being spied on by Joe Biden’s secret police, and more. Tulsi Gabbard was once the vice chair of the DNC. Now she’s on Joe Biden’s terror watchlist, followed by secret police at airports. She’s learned what happens when you question their wars.
