Yesterday, during a campaign visit at a Fiat-Chrysler assembly plant under construction, a worker confronted Joe Biden.
Worker: “You are actively trying to end our Second Amendment right and take away our guns.”
Biden: “You’re full of sh**.”
A Biden aide tried to end the discussion, but the candidate silenced her in order to continue speaking with the worker.
Biden: “I support the Second Amendment … from the very beginning. I have a shotgun. I have a 20-gauge, a 12-gauge. My sons hunt.”
The two men then argued about whether Biden had said he would try to take away Americans’ guns.
Worker “This is not okay, alright?”
Biden: “Don’t tell me that, pal, or I’m going to go out and slap you in the face.”
Worker: “You’re working for me, man!”
Biden: “I’m not working for you. Don’t be such a horse’s ass.”
Joe Biden promised at a campaign rally in Dallas that he would put Beto “hell yes, we’re coming for your AR-15” O’Rourke as point man on gun control.
Biden: “I want to make something clear, I’m going to guarantee you this is not the last you’ve seen of him (Beto). You’re going to take care of the gun problem with me. You’re going to be the one who leads this effort.”
As Charles C. Cooke in NRO asks, can the former VP really be surprised that voters have put two and two together?
Detroit auto worker: “You are actively trying to diminish our Second Amendment right and take away our guns.”
Joe Biden: “You’re full of shit.”
Biden staffer: “Alright, thank you guys–”
Biden: “No, shush! Shush!”
