A Shameful Stain on “60 Minutes”
It’s no secret that Kamala Harris does not fare well when she is exposed to the public. Did CBS “deceptively” edit Kamala Harris’s “idiotic responses” to Bill Whitaker’s questions on Israel? The Trump/Vance campaign thinks CBS should air the unedited transcript, reports American Greatness.
The Empress Has No Clothes
“Well, Bill,” began Kamala Harris,
“… the work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region.”
Kamala’s incoherent word muddle, like all her canned, substance-free speeches, was one of several botched answers that went viral on social media following her train wreck CBS interview.
It’s Obvious
When asked how she’d pay for her raft of new entitlements, she professed her love for small businesses, reports the WSJ’s Kimberley Strassel.
Asked again how she’d “pay,” she rolled out the “fair share” taxes line. Asked how she’d convince Congress to get on board, she suggested unnamed congressional Republicans secretly support her tax hikes. Asked to explain why her administration allowed a “historic flood” of migrants to cross the border, she dodged—four times. Invited to enlighten the many voters who “still say they don’t know you,” Ms. Harris agreed she definitely needed to “earn” their votes—and didn’t say how.
Asked on “The View” what she would have done differently from President Joe Biden, VP Harris, answered, “There is not a thing that comes to mind.”
CBS is accused of editing out many of Kamala’s words, attempting to lessen her idiotic responses.
Since when does the partisan American media determine what voters should or should not hear from any candidate, no less a presidential candidate?
What Concerns Voters
Polls indicate a mere 28% of Americans believe the country is on the right track. Surveys confirm what is making them unhappy, continues Ms. Strassel:
- insane spending (inflation and the national debt)
- an open-border policy (immigration)
- a defund-the-police movement (crime)
- global disorder (national security)
- radical cultural shifts (men in women’s sports)
CBS/”60 Minutes” has yet to issue a rebuttal to this growing scandal.
