A tense raid took place in Brussels, with grenades lobbed, smoke rising and shots fired. Police wounded and apprehended France’s Public Enemy No. 1, Salah Abdeslam, known as the man who drove accomplices to the Bataclan Theatre in order to perpetrate the November 13, 2015 terrorist massacre there. Abdeslam has been on the run until today when authorities apprehended him in the Molenbeek district of Brussels. It appears an associate of Abdeslam may have been killed in the raid.
